It is difficult for me to express in words quite how highly I rate the care I received during my 2 week stay. I was here long enough to see that the care I got from staff was instituting, compassionate, professional and genuinely caring. I was humbled to be at the receiving end of such 100% total care. During the week I was very unwell, I was confined to my bed. The patience the staff showed while catering to my every need was amazing. I am proud to work for the NHS and I will only ever be eternally grateful for the expert care. I received in my time of need.

I was very impressed with my total care and everyone was polite and very caring. I was impressed by the cleanliness and change of linen everyday. 10 out 10.
